What we believe

• Understand the workflow before writing code. A demo that looks right but ignores the exceptions will fail in the real business.
• Write the scope down. A clear list of what is included — and what is not — prevents most project disputes.
• Ship in milestones. Working software is a better progress report than a status deck.
• Hand over cleanly. Deployment steps, administrator documentation, and source-code ownership are agreed at the start.

How we work

Discovery, written scope, prototype, build, review, launch, and support. For ERP and app projects, data migration and training are separate workstreams, not a footnote. For websites, content structure and conversion paths are agreed before visual design.

What we do not do

• We do not guarantee search rankings or AI citations.
• We do not publish fabricated client cases or testimonials.
• We do not quote a fixed price before understanding the scope.
• We do not hide fees, ownership, or maintenance terms in the fine print.

Where we are

We are based in China and work remotely with clients in different time zones. Project communication can be in Chinese or English, in writing, with scheduled reviews when needed.
