We work with clients outside China through written communication and scheduled calls. English project communication is available. Decisions, scope changes, and approvals are recorded in writing so that time-zone differences do not create ambiguity.
It helps to know: what the business does, what is broken today, what you have already tried, and what “done” looks like. You do not need a formal requirements document. A clear description of the workflow is enough for a first conversation.
