Questions before you start

Straight answers about scope, pricing, timelines, ownership, and what we will not promise.

What services do you provide?
AI-assisted websites, app and mini-program development, and custom ERP systems. We also handle data migration, deployment, and maintenance as separate scopes.
How do you price a project?
By scope: pages, custom design, modules, integrations, data migration, and deployment. After a short discovery call you get a written scope and an itemized quote. We do not publish a fixed price because the range is too wide.
How long does a project take?
A focused website is usually measured in weeks. An app or ERP is usually measured in months. The schedule is agreed after the scope is written; we do not promise a date before we understand the work.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes. We work remotely and communicate in writing. English project communication is available. We schedule reviews to handle time-zone differences.
Do we own the source code?
Source-code ownership and handover are agreed in the contract. For custom projects, we normally hand over the repository, deployment steps, and administrator documentation.
Can you guarantee SEO rankings or AI citations?
No. Search rankings and AI citations depend on competition, authority, content, and algorithm changes. We build the technical and content foundation, then measure and adjust. Guarantees are a red flag.
Can you migrate our existing Excel data?
Yes. We clean the data, map fields, import opening balances and open documents, and reconcile against your spreadsheet. Differences are documented with adjustment entries.
Can the system be deployed on our own server?
Yes. We can deploy to your cloud account or an on-premise server. Backup, restore, and administrator documentation are part of the handover.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign an NDA when needed and limit access to the people working on the project. Client names and data are not published without permission; case studies are anonymized.
What do you need to start?
A description of the current workflow, the people involved, the documents or reports you use, and the outcome you want. A short call is usually enough to decide whether a first phase makes sense.
