Custom ERP for inventory, rental, sales, and reconciliation

When a generic system forces you to work around it, the spreadsheet comes back. We build the documents, inventory rules, and statements around how your business actually operates.

What we solve

  • Multi-warehouse inventory: main warehouse, transit warehouse, customer sites, and in-transit stock.
  • Document-driven stock: every movement comes from a document, and every balance can be traced back to one.
  • Negative-stock alerts: see the mismatch the day it happens, not at month-end.
  • Monthly opening / in / out / closing: by item, by warehouse, and by customer.
  • Customer statements: quantities, freight, and receivables on one printable statement.
  • Freight and settlement: trips, weight, unit price, amount, and reconciliation.

Modules

Inventory, purchasing and sales, rental or lease operations, warehouse transfers, stock counts, customer statements, freight, approvals, roles, and reports. We do not turn on every module at once. The first release is the smallest closed loop that gives you a reliable number.

Data migration

Excel-to-ERP migration is usually a third of the work. We map fields, import opening balances, import open documents, run a trial balance against your spreadsheet, and use adjustment documents to explain every difference. If the numbers do not reconcile, we do not switch.

Deployment and ownership

Deploy on your cloud account or on-premise. Backups, restore steps, and administrator documentation are part of the handover. Source-code ownership is agreed in the contract.

FAQ

ERP questions

Is this a standard ERP or custom development?
Custom development around your documents and rules. A generic ERP can be a good fit for standard accounting, but it often breaks at the edges: rental operations, multi-site inventory, customer statements, or freight rules. We build the edge that matters.
Can you migrate our Excel data?
Yes. We clean the data, map fields, import opening balances and open documents, and reconcile the result against your existing spreadsheet. Differences are handled with adjustment documents, not direct database edits.
Can it be deployed on our own server?
Yes. We can deploy to your cloud account or an on-premise server, with backup and restore procedures documented. Data ownership stays with you.
How do you handle changes during the project?
Changes are written down, estimated, and approved before they enter a milestone. Small adjustments are normal; silent scope creep is what makes ERP projects fail.
